滚珠丝杠与普通丝杠有什么区别

1、传动效率。

滚珠丝杠的传动效率大约是90~96%,梯形丝杠的传动效率大约是26~46%。即如果驱动同样大的负载,采用滚珠丝杠可以使用更小的驱动功率,例如更小功率的电机,既可降低成本,亦可降低能耗。
The transmission efficiency of ball screw is about 90~96%, and that of trapezoidal screw is about 26~46%. That is, if the same load is driven, the ball screw can use less driving power, such as a motor with smaller power, which can reduce both costs and energy consumption.

自锁性一般与传动效率成反比,因此,滚珠丝杠几乎没有自锁性,而梯形丝杠具有一定的自锁性(视乎导程角的大小和工作面粗糙度)。
The self-locking property is generally inversely proportional to the transmission efficiency. Therefore, the ball screw has almost no self-locking property, while the trapezoidal lead screw has a certain self-locking property (depending on the lead angle and the roughness of the working surface).
5、经济性。

从以前和目前的情况看,滚珠丝杠因其结构较梯形丝杠复杂,仍然比梯形丝杠高。不过,随着自动化设备的增多而产量变大,差异越来越小。
